Returns
Return eligibility follows the refund policy configured for this Shopify store. Contact us with your order number before sending an item back so we can review the request and provide the appropriate instructions.
Return shipping
Return shipping arrangements depend on the reason for the return and the store’s current refund policy. Do not send a return to the Kathmandu store without receiving instructions first.
